GEORGETOWN, Guyana – November 14th, 2025 – UniGas (Unity Energy Guyana) proudly announces the active participation of its leadership team, including CEO James Hulse, in the inaugural Berbice Development Summit 2025. The company’s attendance underscores its unwavering commitment to partnering with the Government of Guyana to transform Berbice into a vital industrial and energy hub, aligning with the ambitious vision outlined by President Dr. Irfaan Ali. The three-day summit, which opened on November 11, brought together government leaders, global industry experts, and investors to chart a course for accelerated development in the Berbice region. President Ali declared that Berbice is poised to become the heart of Guyana’s next industrial revolution, supported by a massive infrastructure push and the full monetization of the nation’s gas resources by 2030.
UniGas CEO James Hulse, who attended alongside the company’s operational team, expressed strong support for the government's agenda. "The Berbice Development Summit marks a pivotal moment for Guyana, and UniGas is fully aligned with President Ali’s bold vision for a prosperous and industrialized Berbice," said Mr. Hulse.
